Private Session: Customized 60, 45, or 30 minute sessions that incorporate reformer Pilates, yoga, targeted stretching and myofascial release. Improve core strength, balance, flexibility and overall stability.
Small Group: Practice the Reformed Yoga method among friends, in an intimate space, at a time that is convenient. Sessions are tailored to the experience level of the group.
Post Rehab: Working in collaboration with client’s physical therapist, sessions are designed to support recovery, teach safe movement, improve mobility and prevent re-injury.
Remote Session: Bring the method to you. Available via FaceTime or Skype.
